Hi, I’m Bianca, but just call me Browanca. I love all things beauty, especially brows! Time certainly does fly when you’re having fun; with 14 years in the beauty industry and a successful brow business, it feels like I’ve barely worked a day. I love helping my clients realise their full potential by making them look and feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. My passion extends beyond my business and clients, channelling my caring and nurturing nature to help train Canada’s rising brow and beauty stars.

I’ve got extensive experience in various Melbourne salons and spas and have even worked on the sunny Gold Coast. My journey includes internships through the Elly Lukas and Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat Programme, earning an Award of Excellence. I’ve enjoyed working for renowned national and global brands like Natskin, Essential Beauty, Endota, and Dermalogica. I started a home-based salon in 2013 and launched my own brow salon in 2020. Today, I focus on growing my brow business and sharing the knowledge and skills I’ve learned as a small business owner and brow expert with students by creating and tutoring real-world courses.

I love creating brows as unique as my clients, so I make a point to stay on top of my game with the latest tools and techniques to ensure I can provide the best service to my clients and pass on as much knowledge to my students as possible.
