Before entering the world of nail technology, I spent 10 years honing my eye as a graphic designer. My creative flair led me to pursue a Cert III in Nail Technology and Cert IV in Makeup at night while working full time. Taking a leap of faith, I opened my business in a Bayside hair salon, growing it into a high-end nail salon. I specialised in providing non-damaging nail care and upskilled my team ensuring high-quality services that led to us winning the top new salon for Bio Sculpture Gel in our first year. My journey has been sprinkled with memorable highlights including some media features, collaborating on an Aldi Christmas ad, and receiving acknowledgement from superstar @blakelively and celebrity nail artist @enamelle on Instagram.

Passion

Witnessing the continuous demand for skilled nail technicians and hearing clients express their search for those they can trust inspired me to venture into teaching. My mission became clear: to equip budding nail technicians with the knowledge and confidence needed to offer non-damaging nail services and earn the trust of their clients. I’ve noticed a widespread misconception throughout my career that nail enhancements equal damaged nails. It’s become my driving force to rectify this misunderstanding by focusing on quality education and supplying future nail technicians with the accurate information they need to excel in their craft—and, in doing so, help reshape our industry.
